C&h It's not the amount of protein that you take after work out makes you gain weight, it's the amount of Calories consumed that will make you gain weight. Protein and the correct workout will make you gain muscle weight. Protein without the workout .......piles on the pounds, not muscle either

 

 

PS:what's the name of the protein shake tht your using now?

There is something wrong nin ay Naagi Garaaceyso,Might be he is laga roone and cant physically satisfy her in bed.

But other than that,I find this kind of phenomena very despicable,I would say Good heavens,oo maxey isku maleysay naagta? ma hooyadiis baa??.Nin ay naagi ul ula dul taagantahay raganimadiisa ayaa shaki weyn ku jiraa.lool
