Posted March 2, 2019 Turkey on Friday strongly condemned a terror attack in the Somali capital Mogadishu which killed at least 18 people and wounded 40 others. “We are saddened by the terrorist attack perpetrated in Mogadishu, which resulted in the loss of many lives and left others wounded,” said a Turkish Foreign Ministry statement. “We strongly condemn this terror attack and wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, a speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the friendly and brotherly Government and people of Somalia,” the statement added.
