I used to visit Pandora until a year ago when they started blocking non US users.

Joost is a great one specially if you dont have cable tv..

 

You can watch weekly Seria A action and tons of documentaries and some cool subtitle latin movies. The project is in its early stages but so far they have great stuff to pass time.
