Malika Posted July 23, 2010 LOL@ Hatu and Norf. Norf the one you posted,the mix is similar to the pancake mixture but with yeast. So the mixture tend to be soft/runny..one can make sugar syrup coating and roll the bur in it- to make what we call Kalmati. The other one KK posted the picture is made as a dough - with yeast,eggs,sugar,a drop of vanilla essence[or heyl],then cut into small/big shapes.
