Che -Guevara Posted February 17, 2019 If we put aside, the area in question was never in dispute until Abdishakur, CCC and Sheikh Sharif put it in doubt, Somalia has not actually submitted blocks in any auction.

Suldaanka Posted February 17, 2019 Cheeseman kal baqa ayuu leeyay ee kal xishooda malaha. This 'do no harm' letter will not save him from the wrath of the Kenyans. Cheeseman declared that he will accept the ICJ's rulings. But will the Kenyans accept it? That is the question. Which is highly unlikely. If only Cheeseman behaved like he did here, when dealing with Somali people. Who would have had any issue with him?

If only Cheeseman behaved like he did here, when dealing with Somali people. Who would have had any issue with him? For your logic, it is Farrmaajo vs Kenya. That simply shows your true colors, sickness that is not treatable. I understand that you enjoys this fight but what Somali people are you talking about? Beginning of change of heart? However I agreed with you declaring that Somalia will accept the ruling of ICJ is a big mistake. That line should not be there. Signaling to ICJ, do not worry we’ll be okay whatever is very wrong.

galbeedi Posted February 18, 2019 In this case Kenya embarrassed it self. Cutting diplomatic ties should be the last resort. They are amateurs. The Somali diplomatic letter was to the point and polite. They are going to lose the ICC case and this is a prelude to reject the ruling. The Kenyans really fear the new economic integration of the region. One thing I would like to add is that ambassador Mohamed Nur Tarzan was a loose cannon in his interview with a Somali local media last week. Rather show resolve and character he complained about lack of support from outside world , and he even mentioned his lack of resources to invite other diplomats . As an ambassador , you do not need to complain and present yourself as a weak. Who knows , Mr. Tarzan like many others from the government and parliament my fly to Kenya using a foreign passport and sleep to one of their hotels. In fact, they wanted to sour the relationship unless Cheeseman dances to their tune. They set him up in first move for the a knockout punch that followed. Meel uu ka so noqdo Cheeseman ma joogo. He has to tow the line, not doing so means lots of difficulty for him. The ball is on Cheeseman's court. Lets see how he responds. Ninkii xaaskaaga u socdaa, walaasha iyo gabadhaada tooona kuma qanco. Somalia answered politely and diplomatically is the biggest joke. Meesha niceness ma taal, dhulkaaagi ayaaba lagugu haystaa oo waliba cay laguugu daray.
