Xukumadda Xaraf Iyo Siyaasadda Jidhka-Is-gali. WQ Axmed-xiis Dharbaan

Erey-bixintu waa udub dhaxaadka fahanka.  Xukumadda Muuse uguma yeedhi karno Kulmiye waayo, xisbigii kama muuqdo talada; uguma yeedhi karno Jeegaan waayo, jeegaantu uma dhamma taladda.  Aynu ugu yeedhno Xaraf, magacaa ayaa urusanaya madaxtooyada ardaagu isku urursatay; ururada dahsoon ee haybta la wadaaga Muuse iyo hab-raaca maamul ee xukumadda Muuse.

Xukumadda xaraf, waxa ay keentay siyaasad la yidhaa ‘JIDHKA IS GALI’.  Jidhka-is-gali waxa ay ka dambaysay siyaasado hore oo lakala odhan jiray KU-JIQSII iyo INDHAHA-KA-QARSO.  Ku-Jiqsii waxa isticmaali jiray Kulmiyihii Siilaayo, waagii uu mucaradka ahaa.  Indhaha-Ka-Qarso waxa iyadana isticmaalay maamulkii Siilaayo, maalmihii uu xukunka hayey.
