NGONGE Posted November 16, 2006 Apart from one or two with distinctive voices I’m really yet to come across a Somali singer worth talking about. It seems to be all about the lyrics of the song or else the late Magool would not really have made it in Music. Not wishing to talk ill of the dead, she did really have a voice like that sounded like a goat trying to clear its throat. But I’m sure that she was a very nice lady. Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted November 16, 2006 Me and aqiyaarta kale who remember , baliis watch this clip. I vaguely remember how he looked like, but I think it is him on this clip from '80s, from Hobalada Iftin. Heesta oo maqal. Muxubo muuno beeshayee, moosinkeed waala moodayee...laba miiraa ley mudaa, waa leygu humaadsadaa Sulfa, Eebbaa cod ugu hibeeye. Another song that reminds waayo waayo kale. Gabar yar aan daris ahayn ayaa ugu wici jirnay ciyaalkeena xaafada. She passionately hated markii la dhaho "Labamiira."
Valenteenah. Posted November 16, 2006 ^ I like Sulfa too. An old friend of mine made a tape for me years ago. I think I've still got it. Sulfa cursed anybody who listens to his music when he became a wadaad, maaha? I was always a bit cautious about that.
