Hargeisa: Man shot dead in front of his home by the police:

The Somaliland police shot dead today a civilian in front of his home in Qudhac Dheer ( Formerly Guryosamo).
It is not clear the reason why the policeman shot the civilian but witnesses said the the policeman had a warrant to arrest the man. When the policeman arrested the deceased from his house , he later shot him outside the home of the civilian .
The witnesses also informed our reporters that an argument broke between the policeman and the civilian and suddenly the policeman shot the civilian.
The Somaliland police officers who had the habit of giving press releases failed to show up in this case and failed to comment.
