Deeq A. Posted January 28, 2019 Somali Prime Minister, Hassan Ali Khaire has arrived in Kenyan capital, Nairobi on Tuesday, weeks after Al-Shabaab attack on Dusit D2 hotel which left 21 people dead. The PM’s delegation was received by Kenya’s foreign affairs minister ambassador Monica Juma at the airport and then escorted to the state house, where he will meet with Uhuru. He was also welcomed by Somali ambassador to Kenya, Mohamed Ahmed Nur Tarsan. The prime minister is expected to deliver a special message to President Uhuru Kenyatta, according to the Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit followed the deadly al-Shabaab terror attack in the capital, Nairobi two weeks ago. More than 21 people were killed and scores others were wounded during the attack at luxury hotel dusitD2 at Riverside.
