They graduated from HS and were suppose to mature and go to college to benefit their families and themselves, instead they resort to this sorta of *********. They shamed the community. Diaspora_Dude Posted November 21, 2009 The fix is very easy one. Concentrated poverty results these kind of actions. Get rid of public assistance in the form of housing and food. Let these parents work so they can bring home what they have worked for. Teach their offspring that if they don't work there will be no roof over their heads and food on the table. Being on assistance does not mean that people behave like morons, did you consider the considerable barriers some people have? And even when they work it night not be enough.
