OK The much awaited Census of Kenya is out and as expected, North Eastern province had a growth rate of 150+% more than the national average. Now,as it stands, We the Somalis are more than the Kisii and the Mijikenda. This is causing a lot of discomfort among many Kenyans. But who cares. Thanks to the Walendos

Seeker..I was referring to all of Kenya.It boggles how they will provide for the millions if the population grows by a third every 10 years.

Somalis are the third largest community in Ethiopia as well. It looks like that half of east Africa will soon be maryooley.

Che hmmm actually the mindset I explained goes for most Africans too. Its tied to the fact that labor to run family farms/family business was provided by the number of children one has. Thusly, the more children you have the more labor you have to run your business. Times have changed but unfortunately we haven't changed with it. Education as a whole is needed and not only sex education.
