Apparently, Ships Can Drag Anchors from Egypt to Malaysia the link above has a map showing the 5 cables that were cut and their locations. this is beyond belief, but what the hell could they hope to accomplish by cutting they cables ??? Despite what the article says, they cannot cut off Iran from the internet completely. A media blackout cannot be the objective unless they have another way of cutting off communication completely, despite the popularity of the internet.
