ToasterThief Posted May 14, 2008 As Muslims, we are hear the adhan all the time even though it might not be five times a day from the loudspeaker of a mosque. However, have you ever wondered how a non-Muslim might feel about the call to prayer after they've heard it. I know i have, and then i stumbled upon the following Youtube videos which are small extracts taken from interviews with a group of non-muslims who visited Turkey on a trip organised by a Turkish Islamic peace movement to create dialogue between Muslims and non-Muslims. I took a friend once, and after the adhan finished she was like okay, lets go. Lol When I told her I had to pray still, she said but I thought this was praying. lol Thanks for sharing.
