Reflecting the changing times, a referral hospital in Jigjiga city, the capital of Somali regional state, is dropping its former name and assuming a new one. The hospital in question is Meles Zenawi Memorial Referral Hospital located in Jigjiga, Somali regional state of Ethiopia.
