LayZie G. Posted March 26, 2003 I want to know why my posts are being delated??? Yaa iga daba shaqeynooyoo??? Explain to me why my post's from today were either delated or the threads that I've replied to have disappeared...What brought this on???
Deeq A. Posted March 26, 2003 Lazie, posts are only deleted if the poster is not following our strick posting rules. There is always the chance that your thread is moved to the appropriate forum by one of the moderators, so I would advice you to check other forums first. In general, here are some of our posting rules ... No personal attacks on another nomad No vulgarity or inappropriate language No qabiil talk No "double posting" on multiple forums(you are already guilty of this by posting two similiar threads on different forums ) Also, if a nomad keeps posting on the wrong forum after we have tried to educate him/her about the rules of posting on the appropriate forum, we will not move any more of his/her threads. Instead, we will simply delete them. Jokes are posted on the JOKES FORUM Politcs/somalia/somaliland/world issues are posted on the POLITICS FORUM Important non-political social debates are posted on the CAMEL MILK DEBATE FORUM Relationships, dating, women issue are posted on the WOMEN FORUM Technology, science, school talk, or anything relating to education are posted on TECH TALK FORUM ... etc ... etc

shyhem Posted March 26, 2003 I THINK LAYZIE GAL HAS A POINT HERE. It will be a stupid of me to think this guys are honest and doing their job with a proffessional attitude.I've witnessed threads less offensive deleted while those i thought were gross offensive having good times on the sunshine. For some strange reasons what's it that u guys have against layzie girl.Certainly i 've seen the Admin follow her around many times like she is a terrorist. For heavens sake, admin relax put u'r guns by u'r side, remember u are not guiding the port of Umm qasr, and give the sister a break. My advice to the moderators, while u try to enforce the law make sure u ain't led by u'r emotions but rather by the facts.
SCORPION_SISTA Posted March 26, 2003 lol Idi u can finally say "i told u so" to her, i remember that topic and that argument. Hey dude it's nice seeing u here too, by the way what happened to ***********, somebody forgot to pay the bill??? that's interesting it wouldn't allow me to have the other websites name showing!!!!! serious censorship here
Lefty Posted March 26, 2003 The only time they usually delete is when some of the so called NOMADS inform them. I too have seen many threads which are offensive to some but not to others and that's why they haven't deleted them yet.
LayZie G. Posted March 26, 2003 Administrator, I understand what you are saying and I agree with you 110%. First thing is first,#1 I have not used vulgarity or inappropriate language(if you want an example of vulgarity or inappropriateness, I suggest you shift your focus into the WOMEN's section of the FORUM, UNDER "What do you think of somali men sisters? " by MR ) #2, I have not attacked any nomad by far, and the evidence is@hand administrator. Ask the moderator who is literally stalking my posts whether I've insulted any nomad since I last came back here... #3, I don't even like to participate in any qabiil talk, so that rule doesn't apply to me. About the double posting, this is the first time I've done that and it was an accident because I had meant to post this thread in general and I wasn't aware I was in women's forum at the time but it was too late for me because I had already hit the "post" button. Admin, I would like my questions answered!!! I haven't broken any of those rules you mentioned above, therefore it doesn't apply to me. I don't go out of my way to look for beef, beef finds me. I am still the same person, if I see something I don't like, I usually comment on it and let the nomad know how I feel about the situation....but I haven't reacted to anything, since I last came back on somaliaonline , but why did he delete one of my posts and moved the other threads I've contributed to??? Go to "How do you define beauty? By Mr on this same general forum, look up my first reply and then scroll down and look at kool kat's reply towards me, then ask the moderator who deleted my post from that thread why he deleted it. I didn't know that saying to a nomad whether they are InStyle subcriber's or not was an insult or attack towards them??? I hope that whoever did delete my respond to kool kat was aware that InStyle magazine wasn't a pornographic magazine and that they indeed are aware what the magazine is, if they did it just for the sake of dEleting LayZie's posts, let it be known, I have no problem with certain moderators having issues with me, because it means that I am a threat to them and the only way they can test their power towards me is by by deleting my posts and thats fine but I would like to know the reason why my latest post in that thread was deleted and why wasn't kool kat's threat deleted since she was the one who picked on me to begin with... Another thing I would like to ask is why was "can arabs ever wash their hands" deleted??I mean, why was that thread moved/ or why has it disappeared the second I posted, why wasn't it moved before that??? As I've said, some folks just love me and would go out of their way to delete just anything that has my name on it, and thats fine becuz I am used to being adored but atleast come out of the closet. PS: admin, this is not the first time that a moderator has moved/or deleted a threat just after I've posted...

Kool_Kat Posted March 26, 2003 LayziGirl, alaah maxaa Kool_Kat lagu waashay...Bal walaaleey isdaji...You're the one who's always following me around (as if it is your duty), and picking on me...And the only time I said something about what you posted, you write a novel about it...Dang...If you have problems with the Admin or Moderators, that's between you and them...Don't drag me into it, girl... I thinking you're going over board with this...It's if as you're almost crying...Kool_Kat posted here; Kool_Kat posted there...PUHLEASE...It's as if you memorized all the threads I replied to...Now who's the stolker... Dang Gilr, get a grib...And leave me the HELL alone...War yaa Muslin ahoo qoftaan iga damiinto... PS...May be it is not the Admin or the Moderators; May be it's the way you express your thoughts here on this site... Like admin said there are rules and regulations here, and it's as if almost everytime you post, you push your limits and see how far you can go...May be you haven't noticed, but You're always attacking ppl...I have yet to read anything positive you have posted...May be you should change the way you reply to the threads here on SOL... So for the last time, leave me ALONE...As in don't follow me around, don't mention my name, and don't drag me into your little messes...
Somaliland-Patriot Posted March 26, 2003 Assalaamu Alaikum, It is indeed disheartening to see your posts deleted. If and when it happens, you feel like your rights have been violated. I don't know the specifics of the situation regarding you, but I do however find a similar scenario. This thread that was over 7 pages long when I participated a little over two days ago, has vanished. I searched in vain, when finally I found out that it no longer exists. I wonder why now that is 9 pages, it has all of a sudden been deleted. So I came here, and thought instead of opening a whole thread for that reason, why not share this space. For the record, the thread name is The Somali Oil Connection, or something along those lines. Admins I hope you can share your perfectly reasonable answers as to why this was done, because I've only been here 2 days and it has already left a bad taste in my mouth. P.S. No matter how busy you are, we shouldn't be too busy to have Allah in our thoughts.
Rokko Posted March 26, 2003 I am glad "Somali Oil Connection" is deleted. No qabiil fights here. Good job Admins. I can't help but notice most of the ones complaining are "trouble makers". Lazie, I read yo post and ya were actually graphic when you were describing that Paki dude, talking about his ***** and stuff namean?. I witnessed the replies of two nomads after ya and one of them was actually disgusted by the post and started attacking ya. See, these are the things we don't need here. If yo post can create contraversy and fights, it's gotta go. let us keep the place clean and safe namean? By the way, there is a reason they have that REPORT POST icon below every post. It is a little spy. lol

Rokko Posted March 26, 2003 lol Kool. Girl, good to see ya breathin'. The "icon" is your protector from predators like SHYHEM and LAZIEGYAL namean?
Baashi Posted March 26, 2003 Mobb_deep, Bro, in all honesty, there were no qabiil fights in that thread! It is their call and we should live with that. But if dialogue, discussion is encouraged in this forum, then somehow, someway we should have some sort of accountabilty lest we fall under the mercy of a moderator that we might have crossed, somewhere, in a heated debate. My hunch is that Admin/Moderators don't have that much time to check, proof read, or edit every line that gets posted. That I can understand. They may rely on the spy icon to do their job...but little checking won't harm u...even if the reporting is from ur friends. Finally, when it comes debates that have direct bearing on events that had happened while ago or are happening now back home...let's not HIDE OUR HEADS IN THE SAND. LayZie G. Posted March 27, 2003 I can't help but notice most of the ones complaining are "trouble makers". If you are referring others and I as "trouble makers" What does that make you??? One of the well known parasite's of SomaliaOnline I presume??? Lazie, I read yo post and ya were actually graphic when you were describing that Paki dude, talking about his ***** and stuff namean?. How was I graphic??? I didn't know that sharing my two cent about my pakistani professor's shiir was too graphic??? I didn't know that mentioning his disgusting self was graphic, I mean after all Professor Atif is really disgusting and makes me sick to my stomach just talking about it and he was right there in my labroom when I read that topic and posted it yesterday. I didn't know that My professor had relative in this forum that I must have offended, starting with you fella. What does it matter whether I talk bout him or others, it's his shiir, its his urnimo and his culture that smell and that was what was being discussed way before I posted my piece.I talked about how he has this disgusting odour that never goes away, no matter how many times he changes his clothes....and for me to have shared that part of him, all of a sudden it has become too graphic for others to bare. I would like to know your definition of what is graphic, what is disgusting and what is really appropriate to discuss??? Since you were aware of my response, you must have been aware of other responses before me yet you didn't find them the least bit graphic eh??? You witness some if not most responses that were written by your fellow nomads, including dear KAT...They bad mouthed those pakistani pple inside out and yet you found mine graphic or do you just find my posts fascinating??? I witnessed the replies of two nomads after ya and one of them was actually disgusted by the post and started attacking ya. See, these are the things we don't need here. If yo post can create contraversy and fights, it's gotta go. So you are saying I should have been more aware of what the nomads reaction would have been??? You are saying that I should be held accountable for any response that comes after each post of mine is posted and therefore if a nomad reacts a certain way, even if I am not in the forum at the time, should be my responsibility ??? As a nomad, I am not suppose to share my experience in the topic that is being discussing, knowing that the other nomads have said worse things, probably even worse than mine???? If I do otherwise, prepare for the post or even the thread to be deleted??? I'm sure I am not the first to tell you this, mobb deep but you are not making any sense. Here you are with a straight face, trying to explain why you went and ratted me out, and instead of coming up with a valid reason, you are sticking with what you have written above, is that your final answer??? BACK TO KOOL KAT!!!! Let me give you a piece of advice sista, lol. adaa iska shiftay when you said "Now I know you" therefore, no one is going to take anything you say about me serious, because our rivalry is not the same anymore, pple might not buy into it lol and I blame you for ruining the fun, but why don't you take it easy and just relax...
