QUANTUM LEAP Posted November 22, 2003 I would say the following... .Pray: Just takes afew means to do it but it cleanses your heart and keeps imaan intact and always fear Allah · Gratitude: It is impossible to have a heart full of misery and a heart full of gratitude at the same time, so be grateful and find reasons for being grateful. · Let go and forgive: There are scientific studies that show us that, when we hang on to stuff that has happened to us, it forms the basis of disease later on. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. · Have a strong sense of purpose and meaning in life, be connected: Do things that make you feel you are contributing to a bigger picture - that you are making a difference. Make sure your head and your heart are connected and that your heart is connected with other people's hearts - this helps you live longer and feel happier. · Laugh at yourself and with others more: Everyone knows this but we don't do it enough. · Lifelong learning: The more we see life as an opportunity for growth, development and to learn, the more we blossom. · Be difficult to offend: Have a thick skin. Be a good finder - find good in all situations and all people. Actively look for it. · Stay well: Exercise and eat well. · Have a good relationship with yourself and then others: Are you kind to yourself? Do you like and respect yourself and treat yourself well?
