Abyen if you put your finger on Garbaherey on a map, and you travel your finger over the map going straight north, passing the Ethiopian administered part of the Somali lands, enter the border of Somalia and Ethiopia travling northeast, your finger will eventually meet the dot labeled "Hargeisa".
