galbeedi Posted August 16, 2018 Xaaji , whether you call it Federal Somaliland or not , this most centralized Soviet style system in Somaliland doesn’t work. In 2018, you can’t appoint governors and police chiefs to other regions, you can’t take property taxes and small business taxes to the coffers of Hargeisa. You should not be appointing even mayors from the counsel. Some of the major slogans of your grievances were that Somali government was sending governors from Gaalkacayo and Kismaayo. Finally, stop cheating there is no such thing as Saaxiil region, it is only the city of Berbera which belongs to Gobolka Wowoyi Galbred.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted August 16, 2018 Barwaaqo horta wa runta inagu wey inugu adagtahay sidaynu federal u noqono because 4 million dadkeena aad isugu duuban mana jirto dictatorship ama keligi taliyey asxaab mucaraad iyo mucaraad baa jira
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted August 16, 2018 Galbeedi Somaliland republic has a centralized state structure because hargeysa the capital has 1.5 million people living there governors are appointed mayor are not it works in Somaliland. Saaxil is a legitimate gobol during the 1980s your marxist hero afweyne was on the verge of naming saaxila gobol but he backtracked because of the SNM afweyne war. Cigaal created saaxil dastuuriyan Somaliland has six gobols since 1994. There is also no such thing as woqoyi galbeed it's called maroodijeex you have been to long in qurbaha ottawa ka kalay qottidan iyo gaalo madowdan aadku dawakhday iska daa and go on picknick in qulijeed xarirad and dila. Waad ku tawaftay qurbaha ur using out dated regional names galbeedi. Ilaaahay haku soo hadeeyo anagu ka quusan mayno Intad gaalamadowdi ilaahay nacay uga duceyneysid Ottawa iyo Vancouver. Dadkaagi iyo dalkaagi baaku bahaan mise self imposed exile baad ku jirta. Sida adeerka abdi ismaciil samatar
galbeedi Posted August 16, 2018 Xasji tell that to the Gas Dhagoole or the know nothing southern boys. Any place where people settle without urban planning might look like a million people city. An acre that could have housed 20 houses is occupied by four or less. I have seen all these in the Hargeisa and Borama hills. The CIA fact book says that Hargrisa is inhabited by 750,000 people and I agree. If you look back the number of people that voted in the “ Gobolka Woqoyi galbeed “ —-which includes Wajaale, Gabiley, Salacley and all other small towns between them—-it was 225,000. If two thirds of them are under age or unable to vote that is exactly right. The mayor is selected by the ministry of the interior and they can dismiss him at will. This thing might not be all about the tribe, the whole purpose is to weaken the system to cover their crimes in the name of tribe. If the rule of law and the system is strengthened, the ruling class might not be able to steal or squander the resources. Unfortunately, they got people like Xaaji, although educated enough, yet willing to keep the old order of the Soviets .
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted August 16, 2018 Somaliland has a long way to go on judiciary and distribution of wealth it's indeed important to distribute wealth but Somaliland domestic short comings need a Somaliland solution. We don't need an amisom solution as you mostly suggest. That Somaliland needs the incompetent and good for nothing koonfurians who are all pirates terrorist jihadists and anarchists and ex Italians mobsters. As for hargeysa population when was the last time you visited hargeysa.

Saalax Posted August 17, 2018 Somalia cities populations are overestimated I agree with galbeedi. For example Britain's second biggest city (Birmingham) is 1 million in population and Hargeisa is no where near the size of Birmingham. At best Hargeisa city is 500,000. Xaaji Xunjuf Posted August 17, 2018 Salax I know you guys the pirates want to downgrade the population of hargeysa. But hargeysa is the largest Somali city in the Somali peninsula after Mogadishu. And not by much if hargeysa keep growing as it is now. To the south all the way to haleya and aw barkhadle magaaladu wa gaadhayaa to the north the control to the north has been expanded twice one time during rayaale admin and one time during siillanyo admin. The city hargeysa to the north will reach abaarso village in the next 5 years. Hargeysa has allot of outskirts ' and people are buildig on the roads sacaadin to buurta kala jeexan it's all under construction. Hargeysa is around 1.5 million people. Galbeedi wuxu is leeyahay meesha laangaab baad ku noqonaysa. Salaax you who claim to be from ceerigaabo and bohol what motive do you have to diminish hargeysa numbers. Perhaps oodweyne is right you are not from ceerigaabo but actually from qardho and boosaaso.
