I think best way is :

 

Be respectful, have good manners and be kind yourself to set a good example, then ensure they follow use positive praise and say that was respectful / kind etc so they know what is expected of them ...wat you think nomads.

Don't shout at them. Show them respect. Have you noticed - how westerners always speak to them as equals. I do.

Kiss them, hug them and bring them some gifts.

 

Feed them properly and make sure they dress well.

 

Let them talk, ask you questions and criticize you sometimes.
