Is this supposed to be a dig against Bosaso? If so, Xoolaha have no clan, Suldaanka. The entire stock could be from Northwestern Somalia instead of Northeastern Somalia. That is how the nomads trade.  

Let us call it unfortunate. Here comes the ban against our livestock.

It is not about where the Xoolo originated, it is Bosaso' lax (intentional or otherwise) regime regarding testing and quarantining animals.

They need to up their game.
