Every one of those ideas, dreams, flags, monuments have support among the people. The problem is the force of the Somali is that much divided and weakened. It would have been more productive and useful to just focus on kililka at this time and keep on file everything else. If there is no strong, self governing and united to the best possible unity kililka, none of those ideas or dreams can be accomplished.

galbeedi Posted August 9, 2018 Just like the last King of Ethiopia who said these are my flock, despot Illey wanted him an Ethiopian hero while ignoring the great battles the Saying waged against Abyssinia. Illey and company had put many things upside down. Its quite common in northern Ethiopia to celebrate kings as well as famous and courageous rebels. If you look at Afar they celebrate a Sultan that was captured by Menelik from behind while he was fighting the Italians. In Amhara region one of the most celebrated person Belay Zeleke is one who was rebel and hanged by Haileslassie. There is some similarity between the cultures. You respect a man for standing up for something and show his courage.
