One cannot straight away put the blame on the parents, the parents are worried in one way, and in another way punishing the young girls.

 

Question is, which punishment should the parents perefer, her little girl carryin a baby, or this practice?!! and here they chose this horrible practice.

 

 

The government and institutions should be blamed for what is happening.

 

 

At least Cameroon is doing on the chest, while Somalia is doing under the legs, but in no way I am comparing the two practices, this Cameroon one is sick and horrifying and needs to be stopped.
