You’re only preaching to the choir here. Somali Federal constitution stipulates 3 or more provinces (oo is ogol) can form a Federal member state and they have, with some more than others still dragging their feet.

It's actually two or more it's not working practically we have seen gedo is not  happy with madoobe. Mudug is divided between galmudug and cabdi cawars northern galkacyo . This federal const draft should be thrown in the bin a new constitution needs to be adopted and voted on by the people of somalia

Ethiopia cannot last a day without federalism now. The country is addicted to it for ill or good mostly for good.

The Oromo need Federalism as much as Somali and Afar. These three would go to war to save federalism against anybody.

South there is Sidama that want to kilil status from zone, Oromo would not even have relation would just break apart if their kilil is changed. Tigray has 4 ethnics, but are most stable and will stand with Afar anyway.
