This cry is for more than a goat. Its deep in the factions of TPLF And still deep in the factions of EPRDF. Nothing seems to be settled yet solidly. Each side is expecting bigger problems from other side. Iley is speaking truth, how much of it is completely story will never know. The Security chief and defense chiefs are different factions and Iley working relationship and close friendship was with defense like Samora Mohamed Yonus the ex chief of staff.
