Tillamook Posted June 29, 2018 It is very unfortunate that Somalia has dumbassses for a government. Why do they choose thus to be banal and consistently focus on irrelevant issues when more pressing matters such as the difficult task of building responsible and effective institutions for the nation still need to be done? Constitution would be my only and first item of business, if I were in the republic. Without that its a non starter to do anything else. Bad or good there must be a common reference everybody knows. Those who don't like it know what to change and those who like it know what to develop further and keep. And every otehr issue peope know what to give what to take compromise. No common reference nothing can get accomplished. The name of reconciliation day is good, but there is never reconciliation without knowing fully well what happened. Whether between individual nomads, between villages, clans etc...You lay down what happened and then agree remedy, forgiveness, etc.
