I never looked at it that way, but you are right. It is an underhanded dig at Mr. Bihi.  Mr. Martin is playing high games here. Good for him to have finally meet with Gaas. The legitimization of Mr. Martin has begun, it seems.

Indeed. It is a message delegitimizing Mr Bidix.  It will be demoralizing for his supporters that he can't visit Yocaade, eastern Sool while president Martin can.
