Old_Observer Posted June 23, 2018 Both are in the same boat. In Zimbabwe the new president is one who spent life time as close associate of the old president. He is being pushed to destroy Mugabe, but is not doing it. In Ethiopia the new PM is one who spent life in EPRDF. there are people who want him to destroy the northeners and Somali kilil, he is not doing it. They both need to make new image without alienating both the old opposition, new opposition, and anyone worried and watching. Tough job to do in Africa. Africans cannot live without political enemy. If there is none can create one. As if Technological backwardness, poverty is not number one enemy. Its very easy to create political enemy, but very difficult to call poverty an enemy.
