The 2018 Somaliland Mining and Infrastructure Investment Forum (SMIIF) will be held in Dubai, UAE this year. The Forum is designed to stimulate new thinking and innovation in mobilizing institutional capital for infrastructure financing in Somaliland. The forum will convene an ecosystem of policymakers, project developers, sponsors and investors.
