Maxkamadda Ciidanka Qalabka sida ee Soomaaliya ayaa digniin kasoo saartay isku dhacyada dhex-mara Ciidanka Dowladda Somalia, kaasoo muddooyinkii dambe kusoo kordhayay Muqdisho.

Guddoomiyaha Maxkamadda darajawada koowaad ee Ciidanka Qalabka sida Xasan Cali Nuur Shuute ayaa sheegay inaan loo dulqaadan doonin isku dhacyada ciidamada dhex-mara, kuwaasoo ay khasaare kasoo gaarto dad rayid ah.

Sidoo kale, Shuute wuxuu ka dalbaday laamaha baarista DF in ay sida ugu dhaqsiyaha badan kusoo caddeeyaan cidda ka mas’uulka ah isku dhacyada iyo waxyeelada dadka rayidka ka soo gaartay.

Guddoomiyaha ayaa tilmaamay inay diyaariyeen qaabkii lagula xisaabtami lahaa cid walba oo ku lug yeelata isku dhacyada, isla markaana tallaabo cad looga qaadi lahaa.

“Ciidamada Amniga Muqdisho sugayay iyo kuwa kale ee xeryaha ku jira ma ahan shaqada loo diray inay dadka shacabka ah dilaan. Sidoo kalena meel ay sharciga kasoo gasho in qof shacab ah la dilo ma jirto,” ayuu yiri Shuute.

Isagoo sii hadlaya ayuu mar kale yiri. “Marka qof la dilo, ruuxaas la dilayna uu noqdo qofkii shacabka ahaa ee loo adeegayay arrintu intaas waa mid aad u daran oo aan la aqbali karin.”

Dhanka kale, Labadii Todobaad ee u dambeeyay ayaa waxaa xaafado Xamar ka tirsan ka dhacay iska hor-imaadyo u dhaxeeyay Ciidamada Dowladda FS, waxayna sababtay dhimashada dad rayid ah oo aan waxba galabsan.

Ugu dambeyn, Tan iyo markii ay billaabatay bisha Ramadaan waxaa aad u sii kordhayay dilalka ka dhaca Muqdisho, kuwaasoo ay geysanayaan ciidamo ka tirsan kuwa Dowladda iyo kooxo kale oo hubeysan, kuwaasoo ay ku jirto Al-shabaab.
