If you don't have admin rights, you'll get an error message when you attempt to launch the Lively installer. If you're trying to install Lively on a computer in a corporate or shared computing environment, you'll need to contact your system administrator - or the machine's owner - to give you admin rights on the computer. If you're have admin rights on your machine, simply log in as an administrator to install. Follow these steps to confirm admin rights on your home computer: 1. Select Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management. 2. In the Computer Management dialog, click on System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users. 3. Right-click on your user name and select Properties. 4. In the properties dialog, select the Member Of tab and make sure it states 'Administrator'.
