Personally, my first programming language was, GW-Basic, a very easy language to learn, can help with the basics, (very basics), like understanding the flow of the program, with different types of branching Goto (obsolete),Select Case,If. then i went on to visual Basic 5.0, sorry havent upgraded to vb6.0 or .Net quite yet. Then i had enough with the Basic family, not enough power !. Assembly(TASM),C/C++ quenched my thirst, i could do anything with pointers, registers etc. Milk man a correction, the only compiler that produces byte-code is the java compiler, hence making it truly, any-platform language.(from your explanation compiler vs. Engine)

Swearing, cursing & using profinities are a part of human nature. "Studies show that if you're with a group of close friends, the more relaxed you are, the more you swear," Dr. Burridge said. "It's a way of saying: 'I'm so comfortable here I can let off steam. I can say whatever I like.' " ppl i'm not encouraging swearing, as ramadan is just around the corner, this is just, an interesting read .... almost before we spoke, we swore !

Did you know that people sometimes were buried alive?
Geel_jire replied to Medulla Oblongata's topic in General
this has actually, happened to a friend and classmate of mine. in somalia. the guy had malaria, it was a severe case, he was in and out of comma for almost 10 dayz.,his family pronounced him dead on the 11th day. they proceeded with the traditional 'axan iyo fiddo', they slaughtered a camel, and had great big feast, while his father and brother's washed and prepared the body. the next morning we prayed, salaat al-janaaza, on him, then we went to the cemetery, to bury him. if u'r not familiar with the burial procees back home, first they dig a hole, rectangular, vertically down, then, in one of the walls, the dig horizanntalyy they call it 'iil' and this is where the body is to be placed facing the qibla. while the du'aa was being read, and the body was being placed inside the, 'iil',he urinated,(pissed on his karfan), we(the ppl standing outsied the grave), heard the diggers yelling & screaming, 'he's alive !' that was really frightening, some of the guyz, who never prayed b4, were staying up, all night praying, ppl remember allah, when someone close dies. they brought him back up, took him home, he was in comma for 6 more dayz, then he was fine, after that they used to call him 'saxar-diid' b4 his name was maxamed. when he was told, what happened, damn he was shocked for a few dayz, then everything back to normal, -
hmmmmmm hooyo's don't nag!, only sisters and wives do that. hooyo macaan is above all that

JB, i think it's possible, to make a somali-based programming language. not a stand alone independent compiler, but kind of biulding on top of the C language, if anyone is profficient in C,C++ plz add something. the idea is, to make use of the pre-processor directive #define. and translate all commands, into somali, b4 compile time, during the pre-processor stage. for e.g. #define qor(%) printf(%) #define geli(%,&%) scanf(%,&%) and etc., until you've translated all 32, ANSI standard commands into the somali lingo. JB, sxb waa ra'iyi fiican, inkastoo yar leexday, the somalization of this field, is a major step. some of my friends back home(wadankii), work for a software house, they make commercial software's,with menu's and help & everything in somali.

well, im new to Assembly language, although i have done many high level languages, Basic,c,c++,c#,vb6(havent tried out .net, yet !). all the books i've, seen on Assembly, are very confusing, they spend more time, on computer Architecture & organization. then the actual language. and there is soo many variations of Assembly, i don't know, what directive is allowed under what compiler. finally i've decided to with MASM,if u know about a book, that explains in a clear way, plz share, and i already have "The art of Assembly",which is a waste of paper. and marketing for HLA. what i mean by clear explanation is: -all input/output functions grouped together, with a few examples, in a generic 80x86 assembly lang. format -all control structures, loops, jumps, a few examples maybe some programming problems. -etc. .... if anyone can add something ...

what kind of women, would allow, another mans sperm in her womb, and after 9 months of hardship, and carrying, give the baby up. just for some money, let's not forget they don't do this out of the goodness of their heart. what kind of mother, could she be even to her, own children, where most women feel a certain love and attachment to their kids, from carrying them in their bodies for 9 long, difficult months. but for the surrogate mother, her own child, is preventing her, form renting out her womb .....,what kind of motherly love is that ???
