^ it is the setting in which he uttered these gems that had me cracking up ...... to say that to the president of the Philippines in what, to him was an honest attempt @ praising her countrymen .......... the man is a baboon

when I read this I almost fell off my chair laughing... I would have put it in the Jokes section but this is really how it went down. Bush to philippine President Gloria Arroyo: First, said Bush, "I want to tell you how proud I am to be the president of a nation that -- in which there's a lot of Philippine Americans. They love America and they love their heritage." Second, he continued, "I am reminded of the great talent of the -- of our Philippine Americans when I eat dinner at the White House LA times

^ lol@ we need a counter-insurgency initiative. baroortaada is a direct result of the skillfully executed guerrilla tactics being employed by the courageous young freedom fighters. No amount of bending over for uncle sam is gonna save the xabashi lackey's ... to borrow a phrase from O'l dubyah the shabaab will 'smoke them out of their holes' what we need is a da bo dh ilif extermination initiative ! ... -
^ the brave lads do not disappoint ... rag rag dhaly dheh !

^ congratulations ibti you are officically not ciyaal caano boodhe ... but you have a long way to make it to howd-level geeljirad status but keep up the hard work

This is one of the most BS arguments out there. the only way this argument would hold water is if there is peace & stability in the south .... and someone from the northwest who advocates for secession were to comment on the internal politics in south.... then & only then .... would it even be conceivable to say "none of your business sxb". that is not the case here ..... just in case anyone did not get the memo "We are at war !" people are being killed , maimed, and raped by the 100s many somalis have family from the deep south -to - the tip of the northwest and/or are concerned for the welfare of the their brothers & sisters.

The one before that was in good humour as well ... bahasha hore gadaal bad ka wadaa usually refers .. vomiting & diaraha .. i just noticed mr Kaare was having a go @ everybody. ^ lol i didnt mean to translate it (even though you got that wrong but i wont deduct points for it). mid reer badiya ah .. while trying to convince a group of people that he is ciyaal caano boodhe told us that when he was younger he fell out of a watermelon tree and broke his hand. ^ what is wrong with that story ?
-
I'm actually in a surprisingly good mood today .. my comment above is a lil jab @ mr kaare ibti here is a challenge for you: take a look at the bit between quotes & bolded and see if you can find something wrong ?

Kaare waxad ka mid tahay miyaa ciyaalka reer baadiyaha oo ku faano reer magaal ban ahay ... mid adigoo kale ah ayaa waxa laga haya while he was trying to earnestly convince us inuu reer magaal yahay "Geed xabxab/qare ayaan ka soo dhacay oo gacan baan ka jabay !" sidaydoo kale warka waa la cadaystaa sxb

^ it is a great idea. The damn Americans have over-used & abused the word so much they can make it fit whoever they want. I say trivialize the hell out of the word ! ... make taliban shoes & terrorist deserts etc ... in a few years whenever some group of people are called terrorists the accuser should be looked @ funny

Having fun there L.G lol@ I refuse inan sidaas u fasiro ...how old do you think i am adeer ?? if you're looking for entertainment watch TV, cuz sorry to disappoint but ninkaan cay kuma gaadho so am not even going to try. but here is some food for thought, you remember a few months back when you were in the middle of a similar case ? ... what tuujiye has written here is no less insulting ... and alot of people were screaming for your head on a stick ...shouldn't he have to apologize or at the bare minimum be publicly reprimanded ... what are your thoughts ? iima dhaga nugla = not receptive to what i have to say.

Serenity: I was expecting anigana inuu ii miiso, but no worries walaal it needed to be said. Layzie: Hadalkayga waxaan u qaatay inuu cadyahay, but just to make sure .. i will pm the people I am talking about because clearly tuujiye aniga iima dhaga nugla.

^ Castro you apparently have not been present in this section when a few SOLers (do i need to name names, & quote some of this trash ), in what I am guessing to be their way of insulting The honorable lads of the resistance, kept parroting a few phrases as if it were an insult like: "Islamists" ...or the most surprising one "They want to establish an Islamic state in the horn" . Al Shabaab are the same boys that kicked out Qanyare, Maxamed Dheere, Abdi Qaybdeed, Bashir Raage and co. the Shabaab are the local youth that used play football in Jazeera beach and sell tomatoes in Bakarah market. ^ nicely put bro

loooooool @ adam that was funny as hell but other than a few typo's not that bad.. may i suggest not trying to translate every single word .. do it on a sentence by sentence basis this is what i was talking about earlier. You might not be using it the right way, but it's function is to scan your entire computer and remove or quarantine viruses. make sure you are using the personal version. i think your talking about a firewall which the AVG is not.

this assignment is difficult even for fluent speakers/writers.I have a problem with translations to/from any language, I can understand perfectly in 2 or 3 but i cannot translate well. A distinction needs to be made, what would satisfy the rules for this battle: a) finding the closest match for every word in Somali b)conveying the meaning of the story without leaving out any details. And finally since this is a competition it will not be complete without Bets, so for the Somali heavyweights put in your wagers.
