Mashalaah this is great news. I am currently working on a project where I am laying 45 Km of fiber cable ... waiting for different regulators to sign off on the digging near power lines .. and inspectors to ensure we are following the electrical and safety code is taking up 80% of the time. imagine none of that bureaucratic sh!t in somalia. and since we don't have billion of investment in existing infrastructure (copper) providing fiber direct from the CO to the home is much easier than it would be in the west.

This is an emotional knee-jerk reaction which would not be good for SL or southerners. you all know the enormously foolish and ignorant statements Americans tend to make .. when they are trying to explain the reason 9/11 happened ..... "They hate us for our freedom" is what the answer with .. and the knee jerk reaction resulted in Afghanistan and Iraq. now hear you have some people going on about .. this explosion is because these people oppose the cause of secession which is completely untrue ... this has absolutely nothing with SL Independence but the cause is related to the conflict going on in the south. after emotions settle down .. try looking at cause and affect rationally without all this hyperbole

The ones fanatically opposed usually have a vested financial interest in it somehow .. be it a factory that produces green house gases or an industry that is dependent on it.
