A naive observation indeed. The majority of Sanaag region including eastern Erigavo goes to Maakhir State. From South Sanaag including south Erigavo all the way to Ayn and Sool goes to Khaatumo state and western Sanaag goes to "Somaliland". It is true that LA is an occupied and oppressed city. How long is SL capable of displacing, jailing and abusing Las Anoders is anyone's guess.and remains to be seen.

Having said that, some of the remarks he made recently about the struggle and the wrong aspersions he casted on the ONLF – ironically, as he defended them in the same breath! - are uncalled for. I cannot judge whether this the result of misinformation fed to him, lack of objective reasoning on that particular topic, or deliberate intent to cause damage to the struggle.
