I am curious to know if the ships recently taken over were plying in Somalia's territorial waters? If so, then that would be an intrusion on Somalia sovereignty and they should be severely fined for that. However, if the ships were plying in international waters - then that can really produce major problems and is very wrong since they have a legitimate right to cruise in open territory.
