David Cameron said we need to see accountable government that will respect the rule of law, democratic values and that will be completely transparent with absolute zero corruption. There are countries that will monitor progress including Turkey. Also countries like UAE, Denmark, Holland and Norway will be there to ensure this and create social economic projects.
