^^^ girl i feel for you. My best bet is to take Aleve as soon as I start to feel the cramps coming on. I'm telling you aleve works wonders!! I'm not really a home remedy type of girl so the xabadsoodaa and the filfil thing doesn't work for me. Just aleve, a heat pack on my lower tummy, and lots of sleep...alxamdulilaah that has worked for me. my cramps are managable....but My sister ends up trowing up and crying herself to sleep...so luck try the aleve hon it works for her too.

Lucky and angeleyes----I feel y'all. I put my chapstick on every 2min...If I don't have it I can't finction. One day I lost it on my way to work and I had no time to go buy one so I called afriend of mine to bring one ASAP! Man was that a relief! The other thing is my powder...my face gets really oily so I need to powder it down a bit. -

I'm sorry walaal I should have giver you my feedback right away. This article touches on the essence of islam...alot of times we put so much emphasis on the orders instead of the heart of islam itself...which or coarse is the belief in one god. Once you have that down then everything else shall follow. What I really got from this artcle is that we as muslims take the shahaada too lightly...we say the words " ther is no god but god" but we don't really understand the meaning and the duties that come with that. This reminds me of an argument I had with my mom when I was 10, I was trying to say that I can still believe in allah with out having to actually obey his orders...that the two had nothing to do with each other. I told her that I believe she exists and that she is my only mother but that doesn't automatically mean I will obey her. ( I was so chidish). Anyways...after along discussion my mom explained to me that you can't really believe and love allah with out also believing in his word. I think I went off track....anyways Nur brother...your article made perfect sense...masha alaah you have a way of simplifying things. Thanky you for that. About my Tagline---I'm glad you understand...some people mistake it for being an attack on men. Salaam

I'd probably have to prove it you and show you how smooth I really am by treating you to some pure unadulterated romance.....but in respect to your feminist manifesto that frowns on such activities, I may have to save the debonair for someone who won't think it's a trap That must be it....darn it!! I missed out on the romance....c'mon one more chance Maybe I should rethink my feminist views huh? Maybe all men aren't out to cut off my leg...hmmm I'll run with that train of thought and see where it leads me

I'd be a tourist if I ventured outside those borders and that diminishes my Suave value. No need to feel guilty....I can take it...I'm grown a$$ women and a feminist at that..remember 416 prefered huh? You can't just stick to your comfort zone you know... live and learn...thats what life is all about. Sauve value? must've missed that quality...my bad
