^^^You are weak-minded.

Serves him right. I wish they were broadcasting it live so it would serve as a lesson for everyone.

The new government is going to be a secular one. Enough religious repression is to be expected.

GD, A/Y will get the boot before Geedi does. Didn't you know Geedi is the big man in the TFG? Everyone is watching.

Stop exposing yourself, everyone knows your not an Ethiopian. Support the war lords directly like many people are doing here on SOL. You'll upset people more that way. I assure you.

^Apparently I'm not the only one Mr Hippie liberal. Hargeisa won't always be a Team B player.

GB, How can I tailgate him when I'm a bigger keyboard commando than he'll ever be? Just to indulge you tho, who do you think made the bigger strategy mistake ICU or TFG? Cover all grounds please. And keep it realistic.

Originally posted by Baashi: Colonel Yussuf pulled the most impressive trick when he succeeded in dividing Benadir clans and won the support of his archenemy in a election riddled with foreign interferences and bribery. The loosing side undermined the TFG and barred from entering the Benadir, the price of Somali politicking. He quickly realized the complexity of Benadir and he convinced himself that the only way forward is to bring foreign troops and make clean sweep of the clans who opposed him in Benadir. I must have missed this para, where the worst blunder in Somali history is referred to as an impressivb trick.

Originally posted by Castro: Edited: But Baashi, it's ceasefire or a route so it's not really a novel idea you're proposing here. Take it a little further. With whom shall this ceasefire be negotiated and under which terms? I believe at this point in time it is the Ethiopians who can initiate and further any negotiations for ceasefire. This will only happen if they suffer considerable collateral damage in this conflict. Until then ceasefire is not feasible and not benificial according to Ethiopian agenda and won't happen. ps; Paragon, your ideas of defensive realism are a must for any nation with close external enemies. But sometimes offensive realism should be a necessary subset of defensive realism. Especially Now in our conflict here.

^I refuse to be labelled by Mr. Politically Correct at All time even if it means evading the truth.

^ICU instigated all this. Only a prejudiced eye will not see this. If in their very short-term successes in the South they didn't allude to their desires of taking over Puntland and even Somaliland and setting up courts there so they could rule the whole country with an iron fist, there wouldn't have been the e-factor present in Somalia to begin with. In a country full of perils, hunger, famine, death etc. etc. the last thing we need is crazy and overly ambitious wadaads with the wicked intent of taking over the whole country by any means necessary. Puntland enjoys relative peace so why not stick to the south and bring about the much needed progress there. If you think violence is necessary then this is a sure sign of a sick mind at work on your part Mr. Kashafa. With or without the presence of Ethiopian forces there would have been war and blood shed I'm sure of this. All because of what? greed! power hunger! Except now ICU gets to be the heroes that led the war against the Ethiopians. Every Somali would have done the same due to nationalistic sentiments so nothing out of the ordinary here. It's sad to see people trust those that are not supposed to be trusted. A sure sign of the end of times!

Paragon, I have no need for entertaining simpletons that might not even know the names of their tribes. lol. El muhim what's wrong with speaking the truth of this imposter Togane. Because that is what he is an imposter. ps; On a more serious note you gotta stop labelling people it's not cool.

^dude their language is Tigre. I'm starting to doubt your from Oromia. How do you mess that up?
-
Tigre and Tigrinya are 2 diff. things. Tigre is the ethiopian ethnic group while tigrinya is the eritrean national language. Earth to Togane!

Sad how the first time this long-time christian product of mennonite missionaries displays any Islamic fervor it's so clan-centric. Allah doesn't need his literary genious, neither does Somalia. I give this poem two-thumbs down and a failing F for blatant hypocricy. Go Away from Us Togane  lol.
