Hey guys I am sorry I am late with replay, I couldn't access the forum, so I missed many questions I think!!.I met the Sheikh;( yes you read that right) the Sheikh himself!!! And I gotta tell you guys he is very smart man, very humble and alive!! And when I say alive I mean alive with dignity; he doesn't allow Qabiilisim or Position, Money or anything to attempt him to stop him. Actually he is very rare political leader in the Somali firm with his mentality and Faith in Somali Youth! As for the questions he was asked many similar questions to your questions by the attendance; there were some negative remarks too; which was made by some attendance And I will post them all in details with pictures insha-allah. But first let me give overview of the whole picture Sheikh Sharif and his accompanying delegation has Arrived in Cairo Yesterday. Sh. Shariif gave a speech at the Institute of African Studies. University of Cairo, to explain the current position in Somalia and the position of the alliance of ways to liberate Somalia from Ethiopians occupation. Among the attendance there were some officials who participated at this event such as the former Egyptian ambassador in Somalia Mr.Halima, and the current Eritrea ambassador in Cairo Mr.Fassil Gebreslasie, along with many Somali students form different backgrounds and different ages. According to sources close to the coalition that Sheikh Sharif will hold meetings with senior officials in the Egyptian government to brief them on their political commitment to the Somali crisis. Also the Sheikh will meet with officials of the League of Arab States to hold talks on Somalia. Sheekh Shariif also will meet Somali Students, Somali Mothers and Elders to listen to them and take a general impression of of The Somalis in diaspora. It is noteworthy that Sheikh Sharif paid a visit to Cairo a few months ago and met with European officials and Egyptian. As you all may know this visit comes days before the day of the talks between the coalition and the interim government in Djibouti, mediated by the United Nations. Sh. shariif has stated that he and his followers are ready to give limited compromises for the sake of peace and greater common good. Sh. Shariif has accused Ethiopians soldiers of killing 21 people, including an imam and several Islamic scholars, at a Mogadishu mosque and said the victims had their throats slit. Sh. Shariif Said " The government is duty was to take care of the citizens security, not get their throats slit. Finaly Sh. However, in order to execute that action, a certain criteria has to be met. The following elements are essential: (1)The thief must be an adult of sound understanding. (2)The property must be in careful protection on the man. (3)The property must be taken out of the custody of another person (owner) in a secret manner. (4)The thief must have obtained full possession of the stolen property. (5)The property must be movable. (6)The property must be of some value, which must not be less than the prescribed “Nisaab/Nisab†(limit). Bear in mind that one of the essential rule is that the thief must have obtained full possession of the stolen property. This contradicts the the fact that these youngsters were in the middle of acquiring that vehicle and thus did not possess the full property. In spite of that, two credible male accounts are also required in order to give testimoney against the accused(s). Another prescription that hasn't been met while convicting these youngsters. To put in a nutshell, these youngsters were practically murdered. There is no justice in what was prescribed for these youngsters and it goes against the tenets of the Sharia Law. Allah (Exalted is He) said in the Qur'an: "If anyone slew an innocent person it would be as if he slew the whole mankind and if anyone saved a life it would be as if he saved the life of the whole mankind" Al-Qur’an 5:32 And whois words are truer other than Allah's when Allah (Exalted is He) said that Allah loves not those who are unjust. Shall I lead you to the tree of Eternity and to a kingdom that will never waste away?'Ta-Ha Chapter 20: Verse 120 One of the ways in which the Satan deceives man and makes falsehood attractive to him is calling forbidden things, which are acts of disobedience towards Allah, by attractive names to deceive people and confuse them about what is really true, as he called the forbidden tree the tree of eternal life, so as to make the thought of eating from it attractive to Adam. He kept claiming that this was the tree of eternal life, and that eating from it would make him live forever in Paradise, or would make him one of the angels, until Adam obeyed him, and was subsequently expelled from Paradise. Look at the friends and supporters of the Satan today, how they use the same means to mislead people: those who adhere to and promote communism and socialism claim that these are the only ways which will rid mankind of confusion, anxiety, ruin and hunger; those who call for women to come out clothed but naked in the name of freedom, and those who call for facile acting which stamps on people's honour and morals, and violates sacred limits in the name of art; those poisonous ideas which promote depositing money in interest-based banks in order to earn profits in the name of development and high profits; and those who claim that adhering to religion constitutes bacdwardness and stagnation, and who described those who call people to Islam as crazy or agents of the east and west, etc. Ibn al-Qayyim said: "From Satan his followers learned the method of calling unlawful things by names which people find attractive. So they called wine the mother of joy, and they called intoxicants morsels of delight, and they called riba (usury) business dealings, and they called taxes the rights of the authorities, and so on ... " This is a dangerous path for if falsehood is make to appear attractive to a person he will pursue it with all his strength, to achieve that which he thinks is right, even if it will lead to his doom.
