In Egypt the 27th is the Official Laylatul-Qadr for the people here, literally you won't even find a place to your "Sujuud"(people take their suxuur to the masjid), Also the first and the second day of Ramadan the masjid is full..but the attendance decreases with a time. I know Mr. Buffalo, he is one of the best African film makers he has B.A from The Moscow Film School and this movie(tree of Life) won the Best Short Film prize at the Festival Film Giovani Torino-1988. and the Mogadishu film festival among other regional international prizes.
