  1. Xoogsade my good old friend I could not agree with you anymore more. Booto badana last time there was a real fight with those cowards hiding behind the Ethiopian tanks, they ran away bare footed leaving all their fancy tiiknikos shouting argagixiiso. Only a year left till the end of their pathetic reign and the brave men of the south are still in Mogadishu wiping ***.

  3. Sad article I am surprised about Senegal I didn’t know they had that many players playing for France I am expecting some mediocre refereeing
  4. Emperor Love/Luv is what we Eurotrash/slah commoners in london use instead of madam Ngonge: If it is true then he is Judah to me and I will change my name. Nevertheless the greatest foreign player ever to brace the English game along with two other Gunners (viera and Bergkamp)
  5. Lazie Are you saying that Marc eloquent and irresistible charms have wooed the ladies which has led to the males on Sol becoming so envious as to want him banned? You caught me red handed love, even detective Columbus would be proud of you Marc is a good lad
  6. Norf and some say the city has been tamed I say let the aggressor taste some of their own medicine this feels as good as reading Hizbollah send a 1000 rockets before the Israely ceasefire
  7. Saxiib stop with this generalisation many Somalis from Europe contribute a lot to the UK economy and are a positive influence on the Somali community. Imagine if I said all Somalis from Djenne Mali through Paris on route to London are attention seeking backward barbarians many on that plane would disagree and they would bring me evidence to the contrary. By the way what is the social fabric of Somalis in London? You are throwing around words that Nick Griffin would be proud of T
  8. Indeed the great Air force was tarnished the day the tyrant decided to use it against his own civilians I am just glad that our Pilots had the guts to stand up to Barre and refuse to commit his evil deeds. Somalis from all walks of life did their best to fight Siyad Barre in what ever way they could. I personally know of an old man who was head of Aircraft Engineering in Mogadishu international who crippled and mechanically damaged all aircrafts that were reinforcing the troops up north against the civilians, he practically cut of their life line and as a consequence had to flee the country when the regime found out.
  9. Commenting on topics like this is what weakens the word of us who are against his policies. If he buys from Pimark he is cheap and a looser, if he buys from Gucci he is corrupt and is spending the money the EU sent him. So lads lets leave his personal life out of it and focus on his policies that have lead Somalia in to a freefall.
  10. Nice move by Newcastle we missed the "I would luv it if we beat them luv it"
  11. You are right Baashi GalMudug is a fine example of how negotiations among Somalis from different clans can lead to a Political reconciliation. It will Inshallah set precedent to future negotiations for other regions. There is still much work that needs to be done, the Ancient port city of Hobyo needs to be brought back from the ashes so that it becomes a beacon.
  12. Thierry.

    Syria 2007

nice one Norf you spent the holiday back in history
  13. GalMudug needs an administrative authority that organises the region, the era of elders running the region is coming to a end, just like Somaliland and Puntland it is developing a system of tax collection, building of infrastructure and these are actions we should applaud. The federal state is in no condition to help the region so the folks there have to organise a system for them selves. As for it being a tribal region that is very much the truth but we have to understand that Somalia is going through a transition, these tribal states Inshallah are a means to an end. Rather than just say we don’t need another tribal state or all tribal states should be abolished we need realistic goals of how we can incrementally change this deeply entrenched allegiance to tribe. So with that note I wish Kimike and the regional state of GalMudug all the best in the future.
  14. Well GJ nothing is perfect (apart from Islam) and you just hit the nail on the type of conflicts that can take place if nations where to be formed around tribal lines. However if you are going to choose between two evils you choose the lesser, although there might be external conflicts with other tribes, internally the tribe is unified and all parties in theory should work for the betterment of the tribe.
  15. Does not surprise me one bit After all Sweden is the land of sexual liberalism, I remember when I was kid in Stockholm in 1993 playing football with some mates, grown women where sunbathing naked not to far from us, you can imagine our astonishment. I blame it all on the socialdemokratener
  16. Marc I warned you mate SOL is not for the faint hearted some folks here have perfected the art of ripping apart anything deemed superficial. Fight your corner saxiib these boxers want to go a couple of rounds with you, to see what you are made off (even the women).
  17. Bob sports is all in the diet get rid of the xalwo and bariis and we might see some long distant runners in the future
  18. Perhaps one of the key reasons why there is such a great instability in Africa is due to people of different tribal lines residing under same system, it was a well known fact that the colonial masters felt that controlling multi tribes was easier than controlling one strong entity (because they have many reasons to unite), the other issue that needs to be pointed is that usually the majority tribes suppress others, both politically and economically, the current situation in Kenya is a testament to how deep rooted tensions can break into national catastrophes, Rwanda, DR Congo and West African super powers have been in constant conflict ever since independence. My suggestion for African Union: To reengineer and abolish the nation states and return either to Large block Empires or divide the continent based on Peoples tribal Affiliation. - The Hausa people in West Africa should reconstitute a new or rather a return to the old tribal nations residing in Benin, North Nigeria, Niger and etc. - Oromos, Somalis Kikuyas, The Uruba can all form nations depending on where they reside. Just a suggestion and a theory
  19. It is one of those topics where there is strong arguments on both sides, on one hand there are destitute relatives out there whose sole income is the few pounds that we send (the women, children and elders), on the other hand we have those that have become quite comfortable with the money and wont do anything for themselves (Men of working capability). That’s where the value of information comes in, a good example is DD story, and in my opinion what would be better is to save the money and build small business for the folks back home, this will teach them value of hard work and how to use the money they earn wisely. I have this uncle, my father used to send him remittance on a monthly basis, the guy became fat, married twice and used to argue about politicks all the time in cafes. My old man gave him a lump sum to buy a lorry and use it for business purpose and after that date no more money was coming his way. Glad to say the good uncle got a reality check. This was two years ago funnily enough he made a lot of money from it and bought him self three more Lorries and he is sending my old man money now . The moral of the story is before you cut them out give them incentives to become entrepreneurs you never know they might enjoy the freedom and independence
  20. the latter two are my personal choices Emperor the former is the wiser move, but like you said it is upto the President
  21. Baashi I have never rooted for Somaliland to secede that would go against my fundamental principle of greater Somali unity. If those folks in the north want to secede then it is there right and I am talking about the former triangle. I fully agreed with a post of yours the other day when you said Yusuf Yey and his government has strained the relationships amongst Somalis going against the purpose of the transitional government which is to facilitate a platform of unity. When the time comes I am sure Riyale or who ever will be head of Somaliland will not turn down a cup of tea with someone like Sheikh Shariff where they can discuss ways forward.
  22. For PM: Could be several candidates A respectable politician from the North West who has a good relationship with the people from Northwest would be wise choice. Ibrahiim Adow The current PM
  23. President Sheikh sharif Sheikh Ahmed "the Unitor of the nation" lets create a poll and see
  24. What are you on about saxiib read the post clearly I said the likes of yusuf do not bring people closer and do not benefit the greater unity of Somalia. Hence why the people of the South and North do not want to work with him. What that go to do with him being in a rebel group in the past. NN there you go again making baseless assumptions, you think everybody that opposes Abdullahi Yusuf and his cohorts are either “looter Inc or Secessionist” you don’t know where I am from so do not shoot yourself in the foot, I am maybe closer to Yey than yourself.
  25. Lool Mashallah brother Nur Another incentive of why we should get and stay married
