Hopefully better than where it's at now. Looking at the politics in Somalia now is little depressing, and get's almost everyone else down, but i'd like to think most Somalis have had enuff of having uncertain future and are willing to put their believes to the side to work together. I think what that Xalimo is trying to say is, Al Qaeda planned the attacks and Al.Shabab carried it out (since they are affiliated). They used AS as sort of a sub contractor and delegated that duty to 'em. Or at least that's what i get from reading the article.
