  1. How about your husband? Is he allowed to call you that?
  2. I want to know what the nomads in this great site think of our cousins to the North. I have a Djiboutian blood in me, my grand mom was a Jabuutian (cissa). What do you all think of them? thank you in advance.
  3. Raxmo, i call women Naayaa. But not as often as i use to. May i add, its also sexually arousing. Raxmo, not every single guy knows your name, so its really very natural to call them nayaa. I understand, people in Kismaayo are offended when someone calls them nayaa but in Burco, its really ok to call women nayaada. Nayaa Heblaayooy, naa kaalay qado ii keen. Thats my favorite line.
  4. See what i mean? Topics like these, almost always evolve into some QABIIL, REGIONAL contest. Wether its Somaliland, Puntland, or proper Somalia. Quit Storm, and everyone else you all have grievances (and so 90% of the world) its not really worth telling it, and retelling it evry opportunity. Everyone has their own grievances, so lets all be reasonable, and drop this blaming, or telling others they were responsible for things.
  5. There are several nomads who are into aviation, or want to make a career out of it. I am neither one, but i read it for fun. If anyone has a question about Aviation (Civil, Military) post it here, and we can have a general discussion. My son is also in the air force, i will try to get him to post here things he know.

  7. My son is in the USAF. Thats the United States Air-Force. He hopes to one day become an AF pilot. I suggested that he go into the navy, because you have a better chance of being accepted to a navy flight school. Aviation is something good, i myself read alot about it.
  8. Here in America, why aren't our women obedient to us? I lived in both hargeysa, and kismaayo and women were very obedient to their husband. Why is't any different in here?
  9. No city other than Mogadishu should become our capital. Hargeysa, Boosaaso, Kismaayo are all wonderful and everything, but they should never become Somalia's capital. Mogadishu forever.
  10. Aminah, i also call women WARYAA. Nayaa is now old-fashioned. Calling women NAAYAADA is sexually arousing, walahi. I always found it to be sexually arousing.
  11. Originally posted by Opinionated: Nin yaban, I finally figured out your problem...you damn qaad chewer!! Explains everything! What I wanted to say was...people who chew that stuff are plain nasty to me!! No offense Oppinated, i use to chew it. But not any more. I quit it. I only now smoke.
  12. Oppinated, lets say you are walking all alone in a park, and i suddenly attack you. What would u honeslty do? Walahi, i am serious. Would you YELL, or try to defend yourself, or FLEE. Or you would just let me assault you.
  13. Originally posted by MiZz_LeXuS: God some people are so bored that they put their lives at risk. Thank god I aint one of them. Miss do you drive? If only you knew how much fun driving is, you wouldnt' have made that comment about craziness.
  14. This is really amusing, WOMEN discussing about SELF-Defense. Its really funny. Dont waste your time reading about this crap, read about how to yell for HELP when you are in trouble. An attacker approaches you, you YELL SOMEBODY HELP ME.
  15. If you are from a certain parts of Somalia, calling women nayaa is like calling them on their name. After living with many southerners (Somalis from the south) i came to respect their feelings and stopped calling them naayaada. I occationaly call women Naayaada though, just to get their attention.
  16. I think they can. People who chew qaad are aroused more often than non-chewers. Qaad has something in it, that makes you hard-up again. Even if a strange NAAG walks you by, you get hard on.
  17. These kind of topics always have the tendecy to turn into a free-fall qabiil bash. Its why I dont post anything that has Somali/Somaliland on it.

  22. What role do parents play in here? So does that mean, we are not playing any central part in the marriage of our daughters. In Kismaayo it has use to been so different. No daugher could get married without the approval of her father.
  23. Waxbeey dalkii ku soo baran lahaayeen. Sida dhaqan, and how to show respect for their husbands.
  24. Why would anyone want to buy a product that has already been opened and has been used by someone else? That should answer your question.
  25. Qoslaaye, my other post still stands. We should round up all these women who grew up in America, and Canada ship them 2k miles to Kismaayo and Gaalkacyo. They'd learn to appreciate, and respect our culture.
