There is a context where you would add an apostrophe to the word Somalis - where something by owned by more than one Somali is being mentioned. ie Somalis' houses or Somalis' features. ie as in peoples' history etc

I understand Norf - but an attractive building increases the value and potential rental income of your building/home not to mention decent landscaping.
