Of course I'd enjoy it... to be open with you it's one of my perpetual carnal fantasies: to be bounced around like ping pong by bevy of butt swinging dames. I thought that was universal male fantasy. You can't enjoy anything if you're knocked out. But then some ppl are into being knocked about more than then they're into any parts of the female anatomy.

Hold on there Pete Sampras - there's more than one set in the match. Who knows whether this man was in fact a former Muslim - apart from his assertion and one can't even investigate him because he doesn't use his real name. Besides he doesn't fit the sister's criterio of Muslim to Christian - his book seemed a diatribe against all religion. I maybe wrong on him not being a Christian but that was the impression I got from his book.

^The swinging buttocks should knock you out too. Although - with you - I'm not sure you wouldn't enjoy it all the same.

^You sound (almost) giddy about the prospect. A suitably circumspect and somber attitude is needed for that kind of job

I presented no stats from Ibn Warraq, only used him as former muslims who knows more about Islam than the overwhelming majority of Muslims. With the intent to debunk the absurd suggestion that ignorance leads a muslim away from Islam. Who knows about the man's background - he could be an alien from outer space or the guy who voices Homer Simpson. He doesn't even have the guts to use his real name. And the sister was more specific - she said ignorance of Islam leads a Muslim to choose Christianity - not ignorance leads a Muslim away from Islam in general. Anecdotally - I would agree. What sort of a person goes from 2 religions with much similarity and then chooses the one with the 1 in 3/3 in 1 God-head. Talk about logical gymnastics.

Could you support your statment with reliable examples? Of course I can, I'm SB . Man of stats and facts. Ibn Waraq (spelling!). Regardless of your view of him, agree with him or not, you gotta admit the man knows his stuff. Lies, damn lies and statistics(from the likes of Ibn Warraq no less)

Originally posted by Kashafa: ^ A man marrying another man was considered an 'extreme suggestion' 20 years ago. Today, you have the mayor of San Francisco, an elected official of the people, personally conducting the marriage ceremonies. Why couldn't pedophilia follow the same trajectory ? Anything is possible in this human experiment known as democracy. Nothing is sacred, including raping babies as long as the elected representatives say it's OK. Just give it enough time. You definitely have a point - ultimately the standards of decency in democracies will depend on the prevailing values of the electorate - not some transcendtal moral and ethical code.

Laakiin adiga maxaa qabatay ka ahayn hebel fitishaarigiis iyo heblaayo diraceeda arka meeshaan ku heysiin? Hala isla yaabo, baliis. AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch pedophiles are launching a political party to push for a cut in the legal age for sexual relations to 12 from 16 and the legalization of child pornography and sex with animals, sparking widespread outrage. The Charity, Freedom and Diversity (NVD) party said on its Web site it would be officially registered Wednesday, proclaiming: "We are going to shake The Hague awake!" The party said it wanted to cut the legal age for sexual relations to 12 and eventually scrap the limit altogether. "A ban just makes children curious," Ad van den Berg, one of the party's founders, told the Algemeen Dagblad (AD) newspaper. "We want to make pedophilia the subject of discussion," he said, adding the subject had been a taboo since the 1996 Marc Dutroux child abuse scandal in neighboring Belgium. "We want to get into parliament so we have a voice. Other politicians only talk about us in a negative sense, as if we were criminals," Van den Berg told Reuters. The Netherlands, which already has liberal policies on soft drugs, prostitution and gay marriage, was shocked by the plan. An opinion poll published Tuesday showed that 82 percent wanted the government to do something to stop the new party, while 67 percent said promoting pedophilia should be illegal. "They make out as if they want more rights for children. But their position that children should be allowed sexual contact from age 12 is of course just in their own interest," anti-pedophile campaigner Ireen van Engelen told the AD daily. Right-wing lawmaker Geert Wilders said he had asked the government to investigate whether a party with such "sick ideas" could really be established, ANP news agency reported. Kees van deer Staaij, a member of the Christian SGP party, also demanded action: "Pedophilia and child pornography should be taboo in every constitutional state. Breaking that will just create more victims and more serious ones." The party wants private possession of child pornography to be allowed although it supports the ban on the trade of such materials. It also supports allowing pornography to be broadcast on daytime television, with only violent pornography limited to the late evening. Toddlers should be given sex education and youths aged 16 and up should be allowed to appear in pornographic films and prostitute themselves. Sex with animals should be allowed although abuse of animals should remain illegal, the NVD said. The party also said everybody should be allowed to go naked in public and promotes legalizing all soft and hard drugs and free train travel for all.

SB - apparently you bring out the agression in a number of folks. I wonder - have people taken it out on you in real life?

It's a fact - they exist although few in numbers - and generally closeted about it

Originally posted by naden: The Point, Not understanding someone’s viewpoint doesn’t give you the right to question their intentions. This hasty vanguard-of-the-faith bunk is uninspiring to say the least. Don’t concern yourself with my tone and delivery and if you have anything of substance that you can add to the discussion, by all means, do so. If the whole thing is ‘uninteresting’ or you find the post to be vapid, ‘high-handed’ editorializing, you always have the option of ignoring it. I'm not sure that I have questioned your intentions. What I have definitely questioned was the point in your original post. And since you are an intelligent and articulate poster(from the sum total of your posts) I thought I would press you on the point of the original post. I concerned myself with your tone and content only to the extent that it contradicts your earlier stated goal of discussion - it seems(to me at least) that your original post didn't invite discussion. As to what I wrote having substance - I feel that it does. I said I find end times similarities with other cultures/creeds uninteresting not your whole post. As to vapid and high-handed - I will admit that was my impression of the the original post and yes, you are right I could simply choose to ignore it. But I also have the option of commenting on it as such provided that it is not gratuitously offensive. And my only point in commenting on it, at least initially, was to ask - Naden, what are you driving at? And of course, you can choose not to respond and we can leave it off there. No offense.

^No, not coming from the religious point of view. Just coming from the practical side. Is this necessary or can we use models? I think we can use models - it strikes me as unnecessary and somewhat wasteful. Those same bodies could've been used for a better purpose.

You think it was worth it to display the dead like that(admittedly with their consent). I have a few qualms about shelling out for it to be quite honest.

Originally posted by Paragon: Nice topic, Animal Farm. Starting your own business is one thing, but playing the stock market is quite another. Somalis are not yet well-placed to take such huge risks such as the one of the stock market. Playing the stock market will depend on what sort of shares one is buying/selling. For Somalis for example, with the talk of oil exploration/agreements in Puntland and Somalia in general, it is the right time to seek connections that lead to contracts and deals. That way, if luck is one your side, you might be able to play the stock market. I am keen towards playing the stock market but I haven't yet decided on it. So no, no stock market for me yet. Other business plans are however under review. What about yourself, Animal Farm, any interests in hitting the stock market? Stock market is not so scary Paragon Just make sure to do your research and invest only risk capital at the very beginning. And forgot about anything related to Somalia - I'm only talking about the North American markets.
