Run-off Election between Addow and Abdulahi Yusuf
Qudhac replied to Libaax-Sankataabte's topic in Politics
feebaro you and anybody who supports ina yey puts up a one line defence about his percieved toughness, well being the dictator and oppressor of your sub-sub clan degaan is one thing but no one else has seen this so called toughness. The only time he did do anything on somali scale was when he was head of the SSDF and we know what dissaster that was as the only legacy he left was to become the first somali warlord to bring ethopian army inside somalia to kill and and loot somali villages. you may see a leader in c/y but the rest of the somalis dont see anything other than 80 year old deranged man obsessed with madaxtooyo who goes on foreign countries and beggs them to invade somalia, can any one else describe to the world what abdullahi yusuf has done that qualifiers as strong leader other than kill few of his clans men in his hometown. -

Run-off Election between Addow and Abdulahi Yusuf

in my opinion you guys are missing the point, the president of somalia can only come from one region at the moment if somalia is to have any chance of government taking root, all of the IGAD countries know that and the international community knows that that region has got to be muqdisho. unless the chosen warlord can boast a massive local support from the people, bussiness men, millitia, warlords in the muqdisho regions then this government will be a failure its simple as that so abdulahi yusuf is simply not from the powerbase and has zero support in the important regions of somalia withough these regions there cannot be central government in somalia. with all due respect to ina yey supporters who talk about his history of "toughness" but we all know its one thing being tough to your own clan and subclan but beilieve me its totaly different story when it comes to other clans like our friends in muqdisho thats why he has no hope in hell of having any effect whatsoever to the maruading millitias and warlords in these regions in which he has absaloutly no fanbase at all, so its difficult to see whats the point of giving ina yey presidency when we are being realistic. lets not kid ourselves withough somaliland in the picture the geographical political landsscape of somalia looks very different because that puts abdulahi yusufs region in perespherals of power and out in the cold almost, as everything is then concentrated on muqdisho so the likes of addow will most certainly get it by defualt. -

Law and Rules should be respected from both sides Goverment and Citizens , that if you want to have a nation BUT if you want Clan state go ahead ALL you need is to name these Clans whom are NOT allowed to be part of your Clanish State!! Oh incase you did not know somalia republic rules is here " every Somali from Oggadenia or NFD is automatically Somali citizen ...That is why Adam Gabyow who was from NFD and educated and work in Nairobi when he ran to Somalia he became highest official in Somali melitary! Adeer go read and study instead wasting your time..who is qabiil this or Qabiil that!! Salam O.G-girl why do you constantly contradic yourself so much, if rules and law are so important then how come person from kenya and ethopia be citizen of somalia loool see how you tie your own toes together, and who said anything about clanish state  what i said was the rules and regulation that govern these laws in the the west does not really apply to the nomadic and loose soceity of such as somalis, if somalis move from somaliland into somalia and vice versa that doesn mean the border rule doesnt apply or that the citizenship rule is futile all it means is that we nomadic people and that for the average person the border doesnt mean allot. but if you want to stick to the western definition of every term then somaliland borders is at x x and every individual who descends from this region is citizen psssss.... its Qudhac not Qurac ...quite simple really
-
OG i think you getting into too minor detail that doesnt really matter on the average somali person dailly lives whether in somaliland somalia or any other somali inhabited place, obviously the citizenship thing and the border is not really big deall to the average somali joe as in the west so dont expect somaliland to be so clear cut as we another part of somali regions. as you know nobody stands in the borders and says you somalilander and you not if that what you getting at, the average reer badiye that crosses the border between kenya and somalia doesnt really give alot of attention to border bussiness so somaliland is no exception.

please people stop going in circles we have been through this boring subject for million times.. somaliland is just a region like any others regions in the world and if you happen to trace your origins and descendancy to this region with clear borders then you are citizen of this region... its quite simple really, if where born and raised somewhere else but you desended from this region then you have right to claim citizenship as thats where your origins are... patriot brother you are actually wrong about the qabiil thing there is nothing that revers to qabiil in the citizenship law all it says is that if your parents decended from somaliland before the union with somalia. also somali is ETHNICITY not NATIONALITY just like ARAB is ethnicity and not nationality, the arab in Iraq is not less arab than the one from Saudia arabia or kuwait or any other arab just like WE ALL SOMALIS no matter where our borders lie.
-
....Indeed its sad how your hate for somaliland has consumed you to the point of no return, so you not really worth the bother since you've shown the world what you made of, all i will say to you however is that somaliland will get stronger and stronger. sweet dreams please avoid the namecalling and the personal attacks against others. i as somalilander would rather keep somaliland as it is today rather than immitate saudia arabia or any other arabian dispotic administration, thank you but no thanks i would rather keep my tradition and historical way of life rather than immitate the backward ways of the curent kingdome who are more "unislamic" than most countries.. rahima when the time comes to unite all muslim people thoughout planet earth then somaliland will unite with them at the edge of yoomal qiyama if that what you really getting at at, till then somaliland will be stay as it is god willing.. is that too hard for you to grasp.. for once people stop using religion as a political begging bowl.
-
bashi baashi, baashi.. you see once again my friend you are feeling the weight of your inability to touch somaliland with your vile constant drooling so you keep deluding yourself and intertaining yourself with terms and futile arguments knowing fully well you cant change jack shid, yet like i have said before you drug your brain with these chapters of mud slinging if not for anything other than your own sanity. how many garbage cans do you overturn in order to fish for these surreal and hypothetical nonesence such as your somaliweyne republic that no one has ever seen or head of, or your constant wailling and weeping about religion. your constant incoherant ranting jibirish rubbish you put up againt somaliland makes me laught and its a clear indicator that somaliland has well and trully stuffed your political cohorts in the arena of battle. sweet dreams
-
Rahima with all due respect to you and your opinions you are not living in reallity and you have your head up in fantasy clouds, if you seriously opposing somaliland at this precise moment on religion level then you are seriously deluding yourself which part of the muslim word are you trying to unit into one country.. please be realistic and lets argue while keeping perspective of reallity at all times. and do not go over the line and keep calling somaliland unislamic because you are crossing the line now as we all know where all the unislamic deeds are being commoted on monumental level so go preach to them.

Qudhac, Where did I go wrong bro. Words on the screen as Ngonge used to say, that's all they are. There is no harm in saying "they" to refer to the "pro-secessionist". FYI the pro-secessionist is not a "dirty" word. It inly refers to those who would love to see Somaliland to be an independent country. I disagree on the premise that some can make that monumental decision for all in that corner of the former British colony. Don't be like the republicans and the neo-cons here in America. They are so far right in the political spectrum that they shun all the analysis and political debate. Anyone who dares to question what they percieve is "right" is doing so because they hate "freedom". Relax bro, ease up, and let it slide...and don't read into too much of what I wrote up there. I hope I make sense and if I don't in your eyes then give me the benefit of the doubt. you see my friend your inability to do jack shid about somaliland once again is all over you and your frustration seems to be over powering you, i mean like i said withough sticks and stones words like secessionist will have to do.... once again my friend let me remind you that those are just mere words  , little phrases that you throw up as your only form of attacking the republic of somaliland, my friend i sympathise with your dilema as the feeling of powerlesness is not a good one to be in, so if those little phrases help you feel you still battling away be my guest and keep churning them out, but never loose state of reality as you sling those self theraputical phrases our way maybe you still havent got the drift but there is no "debate" open here these kind of ritual like exercises is the only chance you guys get to let that hot steam out nothing more nothing less so let that rhetoric of hot steam flow, just dont get mad that it had zero effect as usuall heck we will even call it "political debate for the sake of it
-
bashi if only you could harm somaliland with your rhetoric farts and silly terms such as "they" and "pro-seccesionist lot" you might not have sounded like feable and powerless man with just those silly terms to fight with. like the old saying goes stick and stone might break my bones but... (silly words and terms are water off my back)

xoogsade stop whe wailling patriot is just mirror reflection if what we have been putting up with from somaliweyn cohorts and somaliland haters for ages, since you they are tasting their own medicaine in the form of patriot its clear they have are not liking it one bit.. and cant stop screaming about him. hence the "are you muslim, horta" looool i say patriot has every right to hate anyone who hates him and his country.

horn please spare us the crodile tears i dont wish harm on anybody and it was you and your chums who were chearleading amongs yourselfs for different warlords who are initiating new wars who will are the cause of these millions of people lives being on the edge, yet you blame me for talking about it, didnt you have this humanatarian feeling when you were chearleading for one over the other on the basis of clan leanage so please stop being two faced. as it is plain fact that somalia has entered its usual cyle of starting another millitia war as another peace process has finished, or are you saying dont mention the fact on the ground. so the question was can foriegn millitary occupation work for somalia.
