It also criticised the way his transfers to increasingly less secure accommodation was handled and the fact an alleged sexual assault on a 17-year-old girl by Bryan just days before the killing was not taken seriously enough. Following the killing, Bryan was sent to Belmarsh and then transferred to Broadmoor where he was able to kill 59-year-old Mr Loudwell – just over two months after the death of Mr Cherry. A second report criticised West London Mental Health NHS Trust for failures in the case. It said Bryan had never been risk assessed at Broadmoor and that Loudwell complained that he was being bullied by other patients, but his pleas to staff were ignored. Bryan had been intending to kill Loudwell for some time prior to the attack, the report found. He was eventually sentenced to life terms and returned to Broadmoor where he is unlikely to ever be released. Daraadonle changing the capital comes with a blessing (investments, publicity, governanace, military, parliament, etc). But it comes also with a curse (every interest party will come to Bossaso) and bring their bad practises, just take the idp for an example. 1 in 5 puntlander is an idp statistically according to the world food program. Have u not noticed the problems the idps have brought, changing the capital would even bring a bigger influx of people right into our heart-land. Worse case scenario is, if a war happens all interest parties in the country will be battling in our backyard, do we really want that? is it worth it? I am strongly against shifting the capital to any puntland city for the sake of our people, i believe that the capital remain outside our regions and we can go to their backyard and piss in it!!!

Harardhere outskirts Published by Abdirizak Osman on September 4, 2009 filed under NEWS At least four people were killed after new fighting has erupted in northwest Harardhere district in Mudug province late yesterday. Six others were also injured in the fighting those three of them seriously injured were taken to a hospital in Guri’al district in the region. The Fighting is between two clan militias from the same area, and it comes amid a peace deal brokering traditional elders could be reached the rival clans in there. But fighting seems to be gone up in the smoke in that peace deal. It is not clear why this fighting renewed again in Aad Village 50km away from Harardhere district, but there has been an independent confirmation affirming that the battle was based in a road which was needed being built in the area. Some of the traditional elders in Harardhere confirmed to Horseed Media that they are still mediating the rival clans and odds on to solve it. Excellent news. Bossaso future is set up to be financial capital market of east-africa. Especially considering when the oil starts producing revenues which can be thrown into investment and other growth sectors inside puntland. All in All the future of puntland is good and very prospective. We have a recognized state under federal somalia. Federal somalia is endorsed by the whole world therefore legally speaking all somalis will need to get in line with this policy sooner or later!!! Lastly the hope lies in the oil, becuz the oil will open many doors for the state. Can you imagine rail-way projects, desalination plants, electricity grids, this will be all made possible once the revenue is there. The foreign investment department is not doing quite bad also. Lootah group, oil-consortiums,al jabiri livestock deals, plus countless of domestic investors!!! The future is bright as long as we keep the peace among ourselves and start building strong institutions which farole is doing to make sure the region can never be mismanaged again and all future leaders will have to follow guidelines and procedures!!!
