"Somali Weyn" or Pan Somalianism is dead in terms of having one National government Governing over all Somali inhabited lands. However I would argue that a political/economic union between nations/atonomous regions can be reach overall having a similar impact. Anyways I'm least concern with having one national Government infact I perfer more local government we can have 4-5 governments for all I care. The only thing that matters is what will allow us better quality of life if that means a independent somaliland, autonomus puntland,ect so be it. What matters to me is somalis locally having control over their destiny not someone in Moqdishu decreeing laws for all Somalis. If "West Somalia" or the NFD ever become separate or become much more atonomus such as Scotland for example a Somali union via econommic mean can occur I believe.
