I think Anything by toni morrison or Maya Angelou is good to read. I must warn you that Toni is a bit complecated but her novels have such vivd stries that you feel like you are there. Warning to those who want to read Beloved. It is very graphic and i recommend that you watch the movie first. for nonfiction i would recommend Revolutionizing Motherhood: The Mothers of the Plaza De Mayo by Marguerite Guzman Bouvard. ITs about Argentina and how these mothers of their dissapeared children fought and defeated their dictorial government.

I'm a girl and i'm gonna give other girls a benifite of a doubt. Sorry if that bothers people cause i am biased when it comes to somali girls. For me I'm only insecure when it comes to groups of people. i can say hi to anyone that i see if they give off a welcoming vibe. I test the waters so to speak and if i think that they won't carry me then i say hi.

Lady- Its not that i want to dance with them i just want to know why they would pay money to go to a party just so they can stand against the wall. OK this is a very delicate situation. If you where to go out with your brother's bestfriend you have to do a little background check. 1) you have to find out how your brother would handle it and if you are willing to sacrifice his feeling for this guy. 2) you have to put into consideration that if you and the guy you are going out with have a argument, like couples usually do, you can't be having your brother beating up on his freind and then forgetting about that when you all make up. 3) If the guy becomes your boyfriend then he wouldn't act the same way with you if you ever broke up. 4) If you all end up breacking up he will always be there because he is your brother's bestfriend. theres a lot more i could say but after you go through these comment s and you still want to go with the guy... more power to you... and on that note i gotta go

I'm a quiet girl and i believe that being quiet or wild has anything to do with being a good wife. I know a lot of wild and quiet girls who would make excellent wives. all they need are good men. A good man can keep his wife in check becuase she loves him. Usually if a quiet girl becomes wild its becuase she is dissatified with her life. Then Its her husband's job to find out how to rectify the situation. The only he can "save" her is if he trully loves her and is willing to work things out. And on that note i'm gone.
