It is like this: 1- We all wanted Somaliweyn but it didn't work out 2- Things got ugly and finally the country sank into deadly civil war 3- Somaliland reclaimed its sovereignty and succeeded up to some extent 4- USA have been working with the Warlords to tackle terrorists in Somalia. in that case everyone turned to be a warlord to get some cash from the US. 5- Now the USA changed its policy and said they will work with regional admins rather than warlords. 6- They also realized that this is working just fine for Somaliland 7- Now it is time for them when everyone will have his own region to get some cash from the US. 8- Last but not least, we expect power struggle within those tiny regions just like the warlords fought among them in the past. (Allah kama dhigee) N.B. The "One Somalia" is out of picture right now as nobody cares about it except some few helpless ambitious individuals on SOL. It is a card used only by those who want to gain some attention/benefit from the public. It is also used only for political reasons to get some cash from the Arab Morons.

Ahmed called the launch of the new TV station a "very big step." He urged the station's staff to work for unity in Somalia. In 2009, Ahmed's government began countering Islamist propaganda on its Mogadishu-based radio station. It has since succeeded in denting the Islamists' image. The country's prime minister, meanwhile, said Monday that the government has asked the U.N. to relocate their Somalia offices from neighbouring Kenya to Mogadishu. Prime Minister Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed said the relocation to Somalia's capital would have a positive impact on the country. Mohamed said he asked U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to ensure a pledge to move the U.N. offices to Mogadishu within 90 days. Somalia has been mired in conflict since 1991.
